RapcoHorizon Standard Cables and Snakes (Players Series / Concert Series / Studio Series) are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. This limited warranty covers the RapcoHorizon cable and component parts. If any such defects are discovered, your cable assembly will be repaired or replaced at our option. AC Power Distribution

AC Power Distribution, Inc., a California corporation, has its principal place of business at 3060 N. California Street, Burbank, CA 91504 (“AC Power”) warrants all Products sold (the “Product”) as follows:

1. Who is covered:

The person or entity that originally purchased the Product directly from AC Power.

2. What is covered by this warranty:

AC Power warrants the Product will, at the time of initial shipment, be in conformity with the specifications of the Product and free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for two (2) years from the original purchase date.

3. What Is not covered:

a. This warranty does not cover:
i. Physical damage.
ii. Damage caused by improper installation, improper or abnormal use, misuse,
neglect, or accident. iii. Damage caused by another device used with the Product.
iv. Warranty service or shipping outside the United States.
b. This warranty is void if:
i. The Product serial number has been altered, effaced, or removed.
ii. The Product is altered or modified in any way.

4. Obtaining warranty service:

a. Authorization is required. The customer must notify AC Power of the claimed defect and obtain a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number no later than fifteen (15) days after the end of the warranty period. You can contact AC Power for an RMA number by:

ii. Mailing a request, including your name, address, telephone number, email
address, and Product information including a description of the problem to:

b. Returning the Product for service. After an RMA number is issued, the defective. Product must be packaged securely in the original or other suitable shipping package to ensure that it will not be damaged in transit, and the RMA number must be prominently marked on the outside of the package. Do not include any manuals or accessories in the shipping package. AC Power will only replace the defective portion of the Product and will not ship back any accessories. c. Shipping Costs. The customer is initially responsible for all in-bound shipping charges to AC Power. AC Power will reimburse the customer for standard shipping charges if the Product is covered by this warranty. AC Power will not be held responsible for any packages that are lost in transit to AC Power. Return shipping charges shall be prepaid by AC Power. Expedited shipping is available upon request and provided shipping charges are prepaid by the customer.

5. Warranty Service:

If the Product defect is covered by this warranty, AC Power will, at its option, repair or replace the defective Product at no charge to you for parts or labor. The replacement Product (or parts) may be new, reconditioned, or comparable to the defective one. If a material defect is incapable of correction, or if AC Power determines that it is not practical to repair or replace the defective Product, the actual price paid by the original purchaser for the defective Product will be refunded by AC Power upon return to AC Power of the defective Product. All Product or part thereof that is replaced by AC Power or for which the purchase price is refunded, shall become the property of AC Power upon replacement or refund. AC Power warrants repaired or replacement Products (and parts) for ninety (90) days from shipment to you or through the end of your original warranty, whichever is longer.

6. No other warranties:

ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED AND DO NOT APPLY. No AC Power employee, representative, or agent is authorized to make any warranties, representations, or obligations inconsistent with or in addition to those set forth in this limited warranty.

7. Limitation of liability:

AC POWER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. AC Power is not liable for lost profits, downtime, damage or destruction of other equipment, or property, personal injury or loss, or any other damages. AC Power’s entire liability will be limited to replacement, or repair, at its option.

8. Governing law:

This warranty will be governed by the law of the State of California, excluding its conflicts of laws principles.
